Glendale View Dental
A Great Dentist

Our Mission Statement

At Glendale View Dental, our mission is to provide our patients with personalized, up-to-date dental care that meets their immediate needs and provides a foundation for excellent dental health in the future. We take the time to build relationships and trust and help our patients have an outstanding dental experience from the moment they arrive in our office.

One of the ways we provide you with the highest standard of care is by choosing dental technology that makes your care comfortable, easy, and efficient. Glendale dentist Dr. Joseph S. Baha invests many hours every year in learning about all the latest advances so we can deliver treatments that are truly state of the art.

Digital Radiology (X-Rays)

Digital x-rays are an advanced dental imaging system that allows us to take highly detailed images of your teeth and send them directly to a computer for storage. In a matter of seconds, we can view the images on a monitor screen.

Additionally, digital x-rays offer several other advantages over traditional film x-rays. The software allows us to enhance and enlarge the image, which helps us see even the smallest changes, which wouldn't be seen during a visual oral exam.

Since digital images are stored electronically, we can easily send them to a specialist or a new dentist if you move. Digital images are also safer for you because they significantly reduce your exposure to radiation. Finally, digital images are good for the environment since we don’t need to dispose of potentially hazardous materials used with traditional film x-rays.

Intraoral Cameras

Intraoral cameras were developed specifically for use in dentistry to show you detailed images of your mouth. When you can see what we see, you’ll have a better understanding of what’s happening and why your treatment is necessary.

An intraoral camera is a small handheld instrument that’s about the size of a pen. Using the intraoral camera, we can show you clear, precise images of your teeth and gums. This information shows us details that may be missed during a standard visual exam, allowing us to make a diagnosis that is highly accurate. This means faster and better diagnoses and less chair time for you!

The images we take with the intraoral cameras are stored electronically at our office. This allows us to have access to a comprehensive history of your treatment and share it with your insurance company or specialists as needed.
